Account Settings

You can modify your personal account settings and/or organization settings on Ctrl. Personal account settings is accessible for everyone, while the organization settings are only open to users who have Store Owner or Admin role.

Update Personal Account Settings

Update Personal Profile

  1. Click on the user icon at top-right corner, and choose My Profile.
  1. Under Account tab, expand the profile section, you can update your first and last name here. This change can be viewed by others in your organization as well.

Update Login Credentials

  1. Click on the user icon at top-right corner, and choose My Profile.
  2. Under Account tab, expand the Credentials section, you can update your password to Ctrl here. It is recommended for you to change your default password for safety reasons.

Update Organization Settings

Update Organization Profile

  1. Click on the user icon at top-right corner, and choose My Profile.
  2. Under Organization tab, expand the Organization section, you can update your company name, address, and phone number here. This change can be viewed by others in your organization as well.

Only Store Owner can modify organization profile, and Admin can view this information.

Invite Users and Assign Roles

  1. Click on the user icon at top-right corner, and choose My Profile.
  2. Under Organization tab, expand the Users and Roles section, you can view all staffs’ information here.
  1. Click Invite Users. You can enter the email address and the name of people who you want to invite, assign their role as Admin, Operator, or Developer. Again, only the Store Owner can send invitation.
  1. A new staff is added to your staff list! Now, an invitation email will be sent to the email address. The new user should follow the instruction in the email to set their password and use that to log into Ctrl.
